Day 10: Lycian hiking trail west

Brief description:  the 10-day trip on the Lycian Way.  an enormous wealth of beautiful, sometimes very extraordinary landscapes between the Taurus and Aegean on the Turkish Mediterranean coast. Magnificent view of the snow-capped peaks of the Taurus  great cultural treasures from antiquity and hospitable people. 

The "Coast of Light" got this name from the seafarers and fishermen.  We enjoy the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea and the play of green contrasts of the Taurus Mountains. This original trade route linked many cities in ancient times. So we will not only enjoy nature and the sea on our hiking routes, but always experience the feeling of these people of antiquity on these trails first hand. We actively experience these spectacular landscapes and their fascinating cultural sites on beautiful, leisurely hikes. Our German-speaking tour guide will tell us the history and origins of the various population groups and their cultures.  Our trip should be a good balance between physical activity and relaxation. We are accommodated in family pensions. The sea invites you to swim, especially in autumn.
